- Strong knowledge in any of the object-oriented program preferably Java
- Experience in QA methodologies, test automation and automation frameworks
- Experience with BDD/ TDD tools and frameworks
- Develop testing programs that address areas such as user test scenarios, database impacts, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability
- Ability to understand software internals, be able to efficiently debug the problems, write automated tests with Java/ Python and fix issues to improve the customer experience
- Able to understand product code, perform white box testing, be able to refactor the code and fix issues if required. Works with development team to write precise unit test cases
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Knowledge in any CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gitlab and Integrating projects with it
- Ability to develop and maintain test frameworks based on project requirement
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience in Performance Testing and API Testing tools like Postman, Soap UI, Advanced Rest Client
- Proficient in GCP and hands on experience with virtualization and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) and source code management tool(Git)
